Modules and Racks

Modularization and erection of process units and rack systems, whether performed at the shop or at our jetty, significantly reduce project time and costs. This approach also enhances welds quality and alignment precision, ensuring both structural integrity and reliable piping connectivity.

Jack-ups and Jackets

Fabtech gained a large experience in offshore jack-up systems, barges, and jacket structures, which are fabricated and erected using our specialized infrastructure and heavy cranes, with strict adherence to marine and offshore safety standards throughout the process.

Rigs and Derricks

Erection of land and offshore drilling rigs, including mast assemblies, involves heavy lifting operations combined with the integration of mechanical and hydraulic systems, ensuring full operational readiness prior to delivery.

Cable Carousels and Reels

Cable carousels and reels are manufactured and erected within our facilities, allowing comprehensive quality assurance inspections. Additionally, installation of these units on vessels and barges is conducted directly from our jetty.

Calm Buoys

Fabtech has established itself as a leader in buoy fabrication for the OEMs. Our extensive facility infrastructure enables the delivery of fully assembled heavy buoy units, ready for deployment to our client’s project destination.

Ship Loaders, Stackers, and Cranes

Material handling equipment such as ship loaders and stacker reclaimers are erected at our jetty using high-capacity cranes and temporary supports. Post-erection, thorough alignment verification and functional testing ensure optimal performance of all moving components.
